FALL PLANT & TREE IDENTIFICATION WALKS...
I've scheduled a few additional plant walks in the Quinte area to offer the opportunity to recognize some of our edible and medicinal flora in their fall and winter state.
Learning to recognize plants and trees in their seed stage and dormant stage over the winter can make it easier to find them in their younger stages of growth in the early spring, when many of the young edible leaves look similar to each other and identification can be trickier.
