This is a unique collaboration I'm offering with my husband, Chef Chris Byrne at our farm in Prince Edward County.

I will give a tour of some of the wild edible and medicinal plants that thrive in this beautiful region, pointing out key identification tips, time and methods of harvest and preparation, and a bit about the history of these plants in relation to the humans who have worked with them.

Following this, all guests will join us for a gourmet five-course, wild-infused, plant based dinner prepared by Chef Chris, and served in our outdoor herb space and dining room as the sun sets into a late summer evening.

Guests are welcome to bring their own wine (glassware provided).  Sparkling water and/or herbal tea will be served as well.

Space is limited, so early booking is encouraged.

$125 + gratuity.  Cash payment requested.
