..Harvesting, drying and hands on medicine making of various types

The course runs one full day per month from May to October 2026

There will be notes and exercises included for study and practice in between each class.

 

An exceptionally delicious plant based lunch prepared by Chef Chris Byrne (@chefchris2112) will be provided at each class with wild foods blended in, and herbal teas included.
