Just like the Experiential Herbalism class, held at the same location.....

This course is designed specifically for natural health practitioners and students of various modalities of holistic health.  NDs, RHNs, DCs, HRPs, Homeopaths, Body workers, Energy workers, Nurses, students of Herbal Medicine (and so forth) are all welcome to apply.

Classes will have a similar format to those of the regular Experiential Herbalism classes, but will have the intention of giving health practitioners who have some knowledge of (or are currently studying) herbal medicine the opportunity to engage with the living plant medicines.  This can open up new levels of understanding and perception around the herbs and their healing properties.  It also supports resilience, highlighting locally grown and/or wild harvested, easily accessible herbs that could fill the roles of other herbal medicines sourced from farther afield.

In addition to plant identification, plant study and medicine making, there will also be opportunities to address specific client/patient cases, looking at how herbal medicine can be incorporated into various practices.

.....and a delicious plant based lunch and snacks, incorporating seasonal wild foods and herbs will be included at each class

Classes are held one Sunday per month for 6 months from 10 am-5 pm
