We’ll walk the land and explore many of the wild edible plants and trees here. Identification tips, as well as harvest methods and preparation ideas will be shared.
As the sun sets, we’ll head over to the outdoor dining space for a multi-course gourmet plant based tasting menu, featuring many of the wild foods of this region.
This is a collaboration between myself and my husband, Chef Chris Byrne on the land where we live and love.
